Roxxi was born in the beautiful city of Paris, a love child of her mother, Adele, and her summer fling Caleb King. The first fifteen years of her life, she lived in Paris, in an apartment somewhere close to the center of the city. She has always remembered her home country as a beautiful, artsy place, filled with love and passion, and that is how she continues to see it. From a very young age she knew about her American father, and the one night relationship he had with Adele. Adele never made out her father to be a bad man, just full of himself. In fact she made him out to be a very good person, you see Adele was a light angel, Caleb a Shadow, sworn enemies. At that time the law was still kill any and every light that came across a Shadows path, Caleb broke the Law, caught up in a quick, passionate relationship with Adele. They knew they couldn’t keep it going, Caleb already had a family, and he wasn’t going to give them up. Adele had similar reasons, she wasn’t going to change her beliefs just to please a man, no matter how charming he was, she ignored her morals that one night, and she hasn’t gone against them since.

The decision to move to America was Adele’s. Roxxi would have very happily stayed in Paris, but she was excited about the move as well, everyone her age was in for a bit of an adventure. The city they moved to was called Rullen, Roxxi was thrown into school there immediately. Her school in France taught English, though she still struggled. Some of the teens in her school didn’t really know what to think of her. Honestly? She was a strange girl, didn’t speak much, blushed a lot, apologized even more, and you could hardly understand her because of the thick accent she had. The one thing that made her stand out was her beauty, and her skills on the stage, she was an incredible dancer. Ballet of course, but she will dance just about anything. Her studies are of minimal importance to her, but she keeps her grades up to please her mother.

Her introduction to the Rullen angel society was a shock to her. There were so many, and so many Shadows, it terrified her how careful Lights had to be. Luckily for her and her mother, they weren’t well known like some of the other angels. Adele is constantly begging her daughter to be careful, to not stay out too long, but being a teenager, Roxxi doesn’t always listen. She loves her mother, but she also knows that this is the city the other half of her family lives. She was incredibly keen to meet her brothers, even if it wasn’t to introduce herself as their sister.

Over all, Roxxi is a nice girl. She lives up to that Light Angel stereotype. She is warm and friendly, liking to help out where she can, but you won’t see her going right out of her way to do it. Indeed she’s nice, and caring, but she also knows what she wants, and she likes doing what she wants. It’s the natural stubbornness coming out in her, if you tell her she can’t do something, she will try very hard to do it, not only to prove to you that she can, but to prove it to herself.

It would be unfair to say that she is self obsessed, she isn’t, but she does know that she is beautiful, and she does know that by acting beautiful, she can get places. Yes, she uses her looks to get what she wants sometimes, obviously it doesn’t work with everyone, but with most guys it does. Sometimes she is shameless about it, sometimes she isn’t, it really depends on the situation.

Roxxi is a sucker for romance, hand her a rose and a box of chocolates and tell her that her eyes shine like the moon and she’s putty in your hands. She loves being cherished, loves feeling special. She’s a pretty shocking judge of character, she trusts too easily, which can get her into trouble. If you manipulate her, and she finds out, watch your back, she can be pretty sharp with her words. I wouldn’t say she is very violent, she has the capability to be violent, she just doesn’t often have the motivation. She’s more tactful when it comes to fighting, playing mostly defense, avoiding and manuvering around the opponent until she sees and opening.

She can be a hypocrite, a lot, you see she doesn’t like liars, but she will very happily lie to get herself out of trouble. In her head though she will run down a long reason for why she is justified. Roxxi is a complicated girl, but certainly a good one.

It goes without saying that Roxxi is a beautiful girl. Her hair is shoulder length, sometimes a bit longer, parted on the side and layered. Quite often it’ll be styled to look a bit messy, depending on what she is wearing and what kind of mood her is in. It’s just as likely to be messy and curly as it is to be tied back in a slick ponytail. Her face is soft, often smiling. She gets the softness from her mother, the subtle beauty, but the colour from her father. Her hair is blonde, like her fathers, and her eyes the famous blue you see in all the King boys, though hers are slightly more green.

Her body is slim and willowy, a dancers frame. She isn’t overly tall, about 5’7, but her slim figure makes her look tall. Her muscles are carefully toned, her legs carrying all the muscle from her dancing. Her skin is light, light like her mothers without scars or freckles. Her clothing style really does depend on her mood, but she likes wearing lots of black and white, clothes that enhance her body.
